Session 1 is the introduction. Start by introducing yourself, your name your position how long you have

been with the City of Saskatoon and anything else you deem applicable. After your introduction discuss

what they will be trained on, and example is given below. (If you have already introduced yourself to the

group of staff many times, just gibe a brief explanation of the activity)

The objective of this course is to train staff on repairing a water connection in a timely, efficient

manner while minimizing disruption in service to the customer and insuring the repair meets current

standards. Should substandard conditions of the peripheral infrastructure be identified, further enovations

will be performed.
